I'm using these motors to repower an M1 Abrams tank model for a 2-pound class 'Critter'. That's for 'Critter Crunch' at our Chicago area Science Fiction conventions. This machine has not yet experienced combat, so I can only base my comments on using the older Banebots motors in 3 previous installations.Given the 100% success of those motors, I'm expecting these motors to work even better. I'm just hoping all the 4-40 and 4-48 set screws securing the gears on the shafts will hold up.Just for clarification, this is a right- angle drive, with a motor on each side driving the output shafts through 1:1 miter gears. The support structure is machined aluminum with miniature ball bears on the driveshafts.
